No. Standby Lawyer is an operations assistant. It handles intake, documents, follow up and other administrative work. It does not give legal advice, and every legal judgment stays with you.
Will it ever contact a client without me?
Not without your approval. Engagement communications, payment requests and client messages wait for attorney approval before anything is sent, charged or filed.
What is a Practice Pack?
A Practice Pack is the intake questions, document requests and workflow for one area of law, such as family law or personal injury. Starter and Solo include one. Firm includes several.
