Terms of Use
The rules for using this site and the Standby Lawyer demo.
Last updated: October 30, 2026
These terms apply to your use of this website. By using it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Standby Lawyer is not a law firm
Standby Lawyer is administrative software for lawyers and law firms. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Nothing on this website is legal advice, and using this website, the demo or any form on it does not create an attorney-client relationship with anyone.
The demo
The demo is a simulation for illustration. The caller, the call, the intake package and the outcomes shown are fictional. Use pretend details only, and do not enter real client information. Features shown in the demo or described on this site may change, and some are still being built.
Pricing and availability
Plans, features and prices shown on this site may change before launch and over time. Submitting an activation request does not create an obligation to buy, and you will not be charged without a separate agreement.
Acceptable use
Please do not misuse the site. For example, do not try to break or overload it, bypass its security, submit false or abusive content, or use automated tools to send forms.
Our content
The Standby Lawyer name, logo, text, design and other content on this site belong to Standby Lawyer or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use, but please do not copy or reuse our content for other purposes without permission.
Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that the site will always be available or error free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Standby Lawyer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
